A 6-foot-3 forward and currently in her third WNBA season, having been drafted 8th overall by the Atlanta Dream in 2023 and later acquired by GSV in February 2025. During her collegiate career at South Carolina, she was a key contributor to three SEC championships and the 2022 National Championship, while also becoming the first Gamecock to compete in the Olympics with Team Canada. A decorated international player, she has represented Canada at numerous tournaments, including the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games and the 2022 FIBA World Cup. Off the court, the first player of Ghanaian-Ivorian descent drafted into the WNBA, Amihere founded the nonprofit "Back to the Motherland" to provide sports access to underserved communities.
