About the Event

Golden State Warriors and Chase Center, the Warriors’ new 18,064-seat privately financed sports and entertainment arena in the San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood, will hold Job Fairs for a variety of positions at Chase Center. We are hiring for utility workers, custodial, ticket takers, ushers, security, elevator operators, ticket sellers, guest experience representatives and concierge roles.

Jobs

50/50 Raffle Sellers

You will be the driving sales force behind our raffle program! The raffle takes place at all Warriors home games with one lucky winner receiving 50% of the jackpot and the remaining 50% directed to the Foundation and community nonprofit groups to support ongoing charitable efforts.

Box Office Ticket Sellers

You will play a key role in providing legendary customer service to all patrons by performing individual ticket sales and accounting duties for the Chase Center Box Office.

Concierge

You will help create a one-of-a-kind experience for our suite guests via creative problem solving and exceptional customer service to our premium clientele.

Conversions/Utility Technicians

You will play a key role in bringing our events to life and make our arena a premier destination for entertainment. You will be responsible for the set-up, tear down, and movement of every item necessary to make all our events a success.

Custodian

You will be responsible for the daily cleanliness of entire areas as assigned. Projects may include restroom cleaning, shampooing and spotting, stripping and waxing, burnishing, detail cleaning, scrubbing floors with specialized machines, high dusting, power washing, escalator and elevator cleaning, glass railings, and outdoor space restoration.

Elevator Operator

You will assist with the vertical transportation of guests throughout the arena, wayfinding, and crowd control, executing the emergency evacuation plan, and much more.

Guest Service Representative

You will assist with special events, giveaway distribution, crowd control, wayfinding, ADA escorts, and much more.

Ticket Taker

You will assist with ticket taking and/or collection upon ingress, wayfinding, crowd control, execution of the emergency evacuation plan, and much more.

Usher

You will assist with providing seating instruction to guests, wayfinding, and crowd control, executing the emergency evacuation plan, and much more.
